When You’re Feeling Unmotivated.

Please, pat yourself on the back for all the amazing hard work you have done as a business owner so far. I know, because I work behind the scenes on hundreds of businesses. I know how hard you work. And not only how hard you work, how crazy it can be in your brain when things don't go well. In business, there's always ups and downs. There are always things that could be better. 

So, I have a question for you. What do you do when you feel like it's one of those days? I just made a post the other day about the ups and downs of entrepreneurship. Well, when it feels down, what do you do? Actually, I have motivational playlists with amazing music that gets me pumped up, and in a little bit of a different state, more excited. I meditate, I also watch YouTube videos, they?re all motivational and like, "You can do it!" and stories, stuff like that. because sometimes, I need that too. 

What do you do? And if you have any playlists or anything you can share, I would go ahead post some of the ones that I like in the comments below. I would love to hear what you do to pick yourself back up. Yes, we have people around us that can support us, hopefully, but sometimes it's a lonely road as an entrepreneur, and sometimes we just need those little quick hits. So, what do you do? I'd love to hear it.
