The Missing Piece On Your Vision

Is your vision missing this one piece? 

I was coaching someone the other day and I had them do a visioning exercise and millionaires over, and over, and over, talk about visioning. What do you want in so many years? What does it look like? And, we really do it like a perfect day exercise, and also who you want to be, and also what it really looks like as an overview. It's a really fun exercise and you get a lot of clarity and I highly recommend it. 

But one thing that I see too many business owners miss out on is that they do not include their wife, or husband, or partner in this visioning. And so, when I was coaching this person the other day, and I got both of the visions. I have both the husband and the wife do the visioning because I want to see if they match up. And, not everybody talks about this often. These are very high-level, amazing humans, and yet, their visions were different. He thought she was going to keep her job because she liked it. She thought she was going to quit her job and do something else. 

And, so being able to make sure that your vision actually aligns is huge. They could probably have her quit her job really, really soon, way sooner than five years from now, and yet he never would've gone after that, or put it part of his vision, his holistic family vision, unless he actually knew what she wanted and the timeline that she wanted it to. So if you have not done this yet, just like I do my design dates, if you have not done this yet, make sure you are aligned with your vision, within not only your business or business partners but also your significant other.
