The Best Assessment for Hiring

Today's quick tip is actually a recommendation from my good friend Keith Krance from Dominate Web Media. 

Now hiring is so tough, at least that's what we hear all the time. So I love using assessments to be able to help understand if a candidate is actually telling the truth or if they're a good fit or if they're not. So I usually recommend DISC Assessment or Kolbe Assessment. There are all sorts of assessments, but what he told me about was a really unique assessment that I really enjoyed and now my team is using too. It's called People's Values. And I'm going to put a little bit of it right here so you can take a look. What it does is it matches not just the person and how they act, but it matches the person and how they act with the specific role that you have. So if you have an executive admin, you match them to what the standard processing would be for an executive admin that is an A player. That is the key point. It is an A player, right? Or you can have them actually matched to maybe a marketing manager, so not only does the executive admin that's coming through, maybe they have potential to be a really great marketing manager and you can work them into that skillset even if you're hiring them for the executive admin position. 

So I highly recommend it. It does have a cost, but it is a little bit more expensive than Kolbe, but not as expensive as some things or not as expensive as making a mis-hire as you probably know. so go check it out at EventualMillionaire.com/PeoplesValues.
