Relationships Test This Powerful Quick Tip Today's quick tip, I want to challenge you to go above and beyond for one client today. We just had a retreat here in Austin. It was fantastic to be able to get so many amazing business owners in one house. I love the synergy that can happen there and some of the fun things, that the side conversations talk about are more interesting than some of the content that we actually have and experts that are there. One thing that they brought up which I just love was the power of creating special moments. So I personally love gifts. It's part of my love language. I know that's not everyone. I just want someone to think about me when I am not there. And in that way, I love to do that for my clients. It feels like I'm giving. So we usually send random gifts. So normally, when we sign on as a client, we send you a gift but also randomly, we'll send you a gift, we'll send you a thank you card, we'll send you a note, especially a few words of affirmation just to try and go a little bit more above and beyond than most to make those special little moments really, really add up. So what can you do today, just one of your clients, I'm not expecting miracles here, where you're going to layout a whole new random gift-giving strategy but what can you do that can make one of your clients or one of your customers feel really special today? Can you send them a quick email that's asking how they actually like your service or telling them what an amazing client they are. Just do something, one thing right now in the next minute or two, considering you're scrolling through this feed that will make a difference. Have an amazing day!
