Steal My Powerful Team Meeting Agenda

All right, let's dive into team meetings. Super-sexy, I know.

We gave you a monthly team meeting agenda. What I want you to have is a team meeting. It can be a weekly team meeting. It can be a monthly team meeting. And if you already have this, pat yourself on the back. 

We're gonna go... you can actually go very, very deep into the team meeting side of things using something like Scrum. And if you haven't heard about that yet, there are some great books about how to use Scrum. It is very intense. Or Agile is another one. 

But for this purpose, I just want to make sure everyone has at least one team meeting with everyone that works for them, no matter if they're virtual or not virtual, everybody's on there, either weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. And I want everybody to speak in that meeting, especially if you're virtual. 

So, you're gonna be deciding on the agenda. And if you see the first thing on the agenda sheet is to review KPIs, right? Also, review the profit and loss report. You might not want to do this with your entire team but what I want you to do is make sure that during the meeting time, every piece of the agenda is figured out. 

Not because we want to have really, really long meetings, because we want to be really effective in these meetings and only do the stuff that really makes a difference. 

Now, at least one of your meetings should be with everybody so the whole team can meet. But if you want to have a weekly meeting without necessarily every single other person, that's totally fine too. 

Who's gonna be in what meeting and what are they for? There is also a great book by Cameron Herold called Meetings Such. If you want to go further and learn better ways to fo them and not do them, by the way, I highly recommend that book.
