Now my mentor, way back when, told me it took 9 minutes to get back on track. In fact, a study by the University of California in Irvine said, it is now 23 minutes. More than 23 minutes to get back on track to be in the same position you were before because you had to shift your thinking from an interruption. 

So stop interrupting your own team. You are costing yourself money making sure that they have that one little piece of information. Please put all that information on your team agenda for the week or in a specific system. So that way you stop interrupting and wasting 23 minutes every single time.
