Speed of Implementation Challenge!

I found that the speed of implementation is the biggest critical factor of knowing if you're going to be successful or not. There's actually a quote from Lee Iacocca, "The speed of the boss is the speed of the team". 

So, I want to challenge you today and look back at the last three, four weeks. How fast have you been getting your stuff to the team? Are you the ones that is the bottleneck with the deadlines? How can you turn that around? 

Because if you change the way that you work, you change the way, as the owner, the speed of what you do, it will trickle down into your entire organization and everyone else will move faster too. 

So, I challenge you to speed up the power of implementation.
