He has launched and successfully grown 6 companies since 2005. The common denominator in these companies’ success has been through the leadership of the people around him in these companies.

Matt is the founder of Leadership Jiu-Jitsu, which is the culmination of his entrepreneurial life’s work. He implements this program throughout all of his companies as well as installs and implements this to other companies around the world.
