Quick Tip – Setting Reminders

Quick tip for today. Do you use reminders or things that pop up of the things that you really, really want to work on? For example, I forget everything, therefore, every month I have a Boomerang in my Gmail that pops up, which makes me do my net worth. 

Now I'm only allowing myself to Boomerang it back for one day at a time, so it has to keep popping up every day until I actually do it. And then it'll come back next month. I try to set up reminders or things like that that I avoid, but I know that I want to work on, so that way it pops up without me necessarily having to remember it because I have a lot of stuff in my brain. And when there's so much stuff in your brain, sometimes the priorities trickle down to the bottom. When in actuality, we really need to have ways that we bubble them up to the top. 

So I highly recommend, whether it's getting Amazon Echo reminders, I have so many every day, every single day, so many, my kids think it's crazy. They're like, "Oh, this again?" It's huge for me to try and remember the things that I'm working on, and for who I want to be. So I highly recommend to get an amazing reminder today, doesn't have to be rocket science, but set one thing that will constantly remind you that you need to get better about something Let me know how it goes.
