Quick Hiring Tip – Save A Few Hours From One Simple Tactic

One hiring quick tip, really important and time-saving tip in your hiring process.

When you go ahead and post on job sites like Indeed or something like that, give an actual action item that they have to do in a very specific way. One of the reasons why I care so much about this tip is because you get hundreds, most likely, of prospects and candidates that are banging down your door. 

And trying to weed out who might be a good candidate is tough to figure out, even for your admin. If you tell them in the actual job description post that you want them to put the subject line with potential hashtags and exclamation points, and say copy this subject line so that we can filter it and they don't do that, they should not be allowed in the pool of candidates that start rising to the top. 

It's a very simple sort of computerized, systemized way to get the people that potentially do not have details in any way in a detail type of job that you've posted. 

Please, I highly recommend doing that. It allows that first line of defense to make sure that you're really working with the most well-qualified candidates right up front instead of having to weed through hundreds of potentially not great candidates for you.
