Finance Profit First + Simple Numbers As 2019 is starting to wind down, we start to look at metrics or avoid them at all costs, right? How did we do this year? How much gross revenue? What are we going to have to do for taxes? Well, I have two recommendations for you. Number one is a book called "Profit First" by Mike Michalowicz. Now, if you haven't read this book yet, I highly, highly recommend it. It definitely makes you understand finances in a way that doesn't make you want to crawl in a corner. It makes it so that the reason why you're doing your business is that way you can profit in the end. You really start treating it like a, I don't know, big bow business owner or big girl business owner. Okay, so that's book recommendation number one. If you want to go further, so if you're already read "Profit First," great book, the next book that I highly recommend after that, that client of mine over and over said was amazing snd intense, is called "Simple Numbers." Now, they're simple numbers, but this book goes even more in-depth than "Profit First" and I highly recommend it because as a business owner, you are the only captain of your ship, and knowing what those numbers are will revolutionize your business. So if you're bored, go grab those books today. And even if you're not bored go grab those books today. Have an amazing day!
