Principles and Values

I think a big part of our life is trying to figure out what we actually value. What actually has meaning to us because when we are put on this planet, you have no idea what's good and what's not good and how you feel really makes all the difference. Perspective is everything. So, what do we do to figure out what we value? 

Well, we don't actually put a lot of time or intention into it at all. I actually recommend a book called, Principles by Ray Dallo, which is amazing. He talks about the principles that he lives his life by and when we feel crappy sometimes it's because we're not living up to our standards or our principles, our values. But the hard thing is, a lot of times, we don't even know what they are. Therefore, we don't even know why we're feeling crappy. So, what do we do? 

I highly, highly recommend besides getting that book, go through a list of values and we'll link one up in the comments below. But go through a list of values and just highlight some. Not only highlight some but also test them. See if you live your life through them better. I hope that helps.
