If You Had The Courage…

I just finished interviewing Ken Foster who wrote the book "The Courage to Change Everything." And one thing that I thought was extremely potent that he talked about in the interview which you should definitely check out was that this is a question you should ask daily, ideally, even more than just daily. Whether you're having challenges or issues in a relationship, in business, in personal life, in health, it doesn't matter. 

This one question really starts to change the game. The question is: If you had the courage, what would the next three steps be? "And the more and more you ask that question," he said, "the more you'll fine-tune the answer into what is really whole and true for you, so you can go ahead and take that courageous action and change your life."
