How To Train Your Team Without You!

One quick tip on training your team without you, right? 

One of the things that we don't do well enough as owners is to train our team. We're like, ah, figure it out yourself. Well, one resource that I want to give you that can actually do an advanced sort of level, in a previous video I said go ahead and buy them a Udemy course for like $10 and they can actually get the basics and even advanced parts of that course, the problem is, is that if you do that and they have questions or run into issues they don't have anyone to call for tech support. If it's simple it might actually stop them. 

So, I highly recommend hiring someone on Upwork. So, typically we'd hire somebody that's a contractor to do the actual work for you but I want you to do is pull in that information so it's in-house so you have the processes and the system set up for it. So, hire that person on Upwork to actually train your employees, potentially more than one of them, so let's say it's a Facebook pixel issue that they have to install on your site, once they train your team once, it's now in-house and ideally one or two or three people already know how to do that. Or they have the process written down for you so that way you could do it if you ever needed to. 

So, being able to do that, makes you non-reliant on the contractor's schedule, right? You've actually pulled in that information and it's usually not very expensive. You don't have to hire a huge Facebook marketing agency, you can actually train your team that way without having to spend thousands and thousands of dollars on courses or consultant and stuff like that. Usually, it's 50, 70, $100 an hour on Upwork if you find somebody that's really good. Have you ever done anything like that? Or do you have any resources on contractors that you can recommend that as good to training your team too?
