Do You Have a Hiring Procedure

As a business owner, how many times have you hired? 

Now, most likely with contractors and everything, even if you only have 5 or 10 or 15 employees, it's probably been a lot more than that, right? Do you have one hiring procedure that you've been updating over all this time? 

I was chatting with a client last week and the interesting thing is, is because it's not really your zone of genius, typically, you go, "Oh, I don't really pay much  attention to it until I have to hire again." 

But the problem with that is that you're not refining your hiring process, and if you wanna be a really big company or even if you only wanna have 30 employees, you're gonna have to go through this thing over and over and over again. And instead of abdicating and sort of giving someone else, or hiring a recruiting company for 20-30 thousand dollars, that may or may not work. Why don't you take the time, just today, to write down your whole hiring procedure that you're already using so that way this next time you can refine it to be better? Because this is a skill set that is very important to the growth of your amazing company.
