Decision Making Do You Go With Your Gut Do you trust your gut? Now I just finished two millionaire interviews with extremely successful men that have been in the game for a very very long period of time. I won't share their not worth, but it's big. When they said at the very very beginning of both interviews, that you have to align your head and your heart, I was like, "Wow! This keeps coming up over, and over, and over again." And as entrepreneurs, we sort of sideswipe the intuition side of us, right? "Oh, logic, logic, logic, does it make logical sense?" Well, most of the millionaires that I've been interviewing really talk about this gut check or this intuition, and the more sensitive you can be to it, the better! Now I want to challenge you today, how sensitive are you to trusting your gut? Do you actually go in whether it be hiring a new employee, whether it be making a business decision, do you check your gut? Do you go with your intuition? And if you don't or you feel like you haven't really been leaning that way in general, how can you really level that up? How can you listen a little more? How can you ask yourself the questions to pay more attention to what your gut is saying? Because one of the entrepreneurs that I was just talking about says it's a skillset you can grow. So, what are you doing this week, this month, this year to really tune into what that is? One person said that it makes your decision making from 50%, 50-50, right? Yes or no, good decision, not so good decision, to like 80% when you actually start tuning in to your gut and these are not all woo woo people, they are very, very logical. One was a CEO of Microtel, who had over 1,000 employees, and he's been in the game for a ridiculously long period of time. So I just challenge you today, how can you go with your gut more? How can you pay more attention to that so that way more of you is actually enjoying the journey. Have an amazing day!
