Do Nootropics Actually Work?

Do Nootropics actually work? More than just the placebo effect work?

I had a client last week who actually asked me that question and here is my answer.

Yes, but...

We actually sent my clients a client testing Nootropics pack. We sent that client last week with 3-4 different Nootropics because what has a tendency to happen is you'll take a Nootropic and it might not work at all for you. Or you take a nootropic and it's super strong for you. We worked with so many different clients in this.

I know, they call Jaime the pill pusher, which is lovely, right? At these retreats, they're like, "Oh, Jaime's pushing on smart drugs." But I highly recommend finding out which one works for you.

I personally have ADD. I don't like to take Adderall, even though I have a prescription for it. Instead, I take Nootropics.

Alpha Brain is the one that we typically recommend up front. You can find it on Amazon. It's just quite expensive if it doesn't work for you - that's why we send out nootropics testing packs. But Alpha Brain is definitely a good one to start testing.

Qualia is another one to start testing with. What we found out is that the people that Alpha Brain works for, typically, Qualia works also. Again, limited data set but still, it's really interesting.

If neither of these seems to work for you though. Ciltep, which is made from artichoke, sometimes works for the people that Alpha Brain and Qualia don't work for. Now, Ciltep doesn't do anything for me. I love the company.

What's amazing is when we actually give the clients some of this stuff, sometimes Ciltep works perfectly amazing for them. But it doesn't work for me.

That's why you'll see the crazy reviews on Amazon, like, "It doesn't work for me." Well, it just depends. So, it is totally worth taking the time to do this because, literally, I don't take Adderall because I can actually use this for my memory and my focus, instead of having that ADD squirrel brain.

I highly recommend finding one of these that works for you because it will make your productivity, efficiency and effectiveness a million times better. Maybe not a million, maybe a 100.
