Bottom Line: Leaders Do What They Say They Are Going To

Bottom line, leaders do what they say they're going to do.  

I know because you're the business owner, I can feel a little like, "I can do whatever I want." But I was chatting with someone the other day, they said, "Hey, I mean I'm paying them. They do whatever I want. 

But in reality, holding yourself to a higher standard, the highest standard that you expect of your employees. You need to make sure you're representing the entire structure of the business.

You are the leader, you have to act like it. Just a reminder.
