What is the right way to launch anything? Well, there's no right or wrong way, right?

But, I highly recommend doing what I call a beta. Now, Jeff Walker calls it a seed launch, whatever you want to say, it's a test. It's taking whatever this idea is and testing it to a real audience whether it be a product line, a new marketing idea, or even like I'm doing, a brand new show. So, I had this idea for a new show where I actually laser coach people, right? So, not clients of mine but people where we can do turnarounds really quick and people can actually see how I coach and sort of be let in on the inside.

Now, I had that and I was like, I don't know. I kept going back and forth. I started telling some people the idea. They really, really liked it. What we decided to do, is to do six interviews, not an interview, beta series that way we can actually get feedback from everyone. Cause when I have an idea for what the show is going to be, who knows if it's going to be perfect. What I don't think people understand is how much failure happens behind the scenes for every business.

I've seen behind the scenes on so many businesses. So, being able to go and have it as a test, get initial feedback, what did you like, what did you not like, what should we change, before I either break out the show, so it's not an eventual millionaire show or so we can redo it and put it the way that people really, really want it. Usually, it's not a hit the stage first time out of the gate.

No offense, almost none of these launchers are. They have to reiterate and reiterate and reiterate. So, I highly recommend, it's way easier for your brain to understand that it is a test, you are gaining feedback make it a go so that away you don't have that perfection bug try and stop you from doing at all. It's okay if you fail, it's okay if you mess up.
