Are You The Best Student?

Are you the best student? 

Most of the millionaires I interviewed weren't great students to tell you the truth. There is a story after story after story about getting Cs and Ds because they couldn't pay attention but that's not what I'm talking about right now. 

What I'm talking about is, are you the best student in your business? When you're looking at your actual business, are you taking classes from all of these different teachers online, where you're getting pieces of here and pieces of here and pieces of here but you're not doing all of the homework? Does that make sense? 

So what has a tendency to happen, it's like taking eight different English classes and only deciding to do one chunk of homework for each one. Well, that doesn't totally work. You?re not going to get an A in that class because you only did a piece of it. Instead, what we're trying to do is sort of pull all the pieces together and make this mush. 

Well, the people that are teaching, don't get me wrong, their programs most likely worked for them, that's why they're teaching it. But the problem is that we're pulling out pieces of everybody's information and trying to fit it in a puzzle that doesn't go together. So what I want you to do is pick one teacher. 

It doesn't have to be me, just pick someone and do the entire course or whatever it is, their philosophy, their theories, whatever, over and over and over. Do the reps that are required, do the entire class homework. That way you can really see the end results. Otherwise, you're going to be dabbling in all the different classes and you're going to be frustrated and not sure why it's not working. Well, that's why.
