3 Tips To Create A Great Company Culture!

What are my three tips to create a great company culture? 

Well, this tip comes from Julbert Abraham. He was a client of mine. He's amazing. He does LinkedIn Strategy. And I want to hit you with these three tips really quick. 

So number one is making sure you have your company values. If you don't, and they're all in your head, and you're trying to create a culture, nobody's on the same page. So when you actually can write them down, and other people actually in your company know what those company values are and what, as a whole, your culture values, extremely important for step number one. Okay? 

Step number two, to me, value your people. When you get in an initial dating relationship, you see all the most amazing things of having a relationship with them, and then once you're in there for like nine months or a year, you're like, "Nah, they doing that again. Man. Geeze." And I see that we have a tendency to look towards the fault more than the value that they're bringing so, and not just on A players, on everyone. So when we are really focused on the amazing work that they're doing and reward them and give them that peace and really make them feel valued, it's a huge company culture turnaround because if you're the guy going, "Nah, that that, nitpicky." Not cool, Okay? So that's number two. 

Number three, own your own mistakes. I think it's extremely important that the leader actually goes, "Oh, messed up there. I can do this better." Because it leads by example, and it's not bad to make mistakes. Everyone makes mistakes. Right? Especially if you're moving forward really fast in that type of business. Having that, owning your own mistakes, not in an, "Oh my gosh. I did it bad again." kind of thing. Right? But owning your mistakes and knowing, "Hey, I did that wrong. I could have done that better. I make mistakes, too." It shows them that they're allowed to make mistakes and make their own choices. It actually empowers them a lot more to make choices, knowing that they're not going to get yelled at if they get it wrong.
