How fun was it to be able to do this coaching session in person? As you’ll hear about in the video, Jaime invited me to attend her Millionaire Masters implementation retreat in Austin as a resident expert. I attended this very event one year ago as an attendee, so it was very cool to be able to reflect on all that’s happened in the past 12 months.
This session we talked a lot about a huge goal I achieved — having my biggest month ever in March. One thing that Jaime does that is so important is to reflect not just on things that didn’t go as well, but on my wins, too. We spent some time chatting about why March was so profitable, and how I can continue that trajectory.
Four things in particular:
- Prospecting more consistently
- Raising my prices
- Proposing multi-month packages rather than just one month or one project
- Presenting the proposal live, rather than sending it off via email.
We also talked about a new project I have planned (maybe you may want to take part!?).
AND… we reviewed a serious butt-kicking Jaime gave me while she was in Bali in March. 🙂

- Hire an assistant by the end of April (DONE!)
I love so much that Jaime doesn’t hesitate to tell me the hard truth or encourage me to move forward, even in uncertainty. It would be easy for me to find someone who just told me what to do and how to do it, but that’s not what I want. Especially since I’ve been working on growing my confidence level, it’s critical for me to make my own calls on things and have confidence in my ability to make it work.
Each time I review a session, I see so much growth. It’s not always easy, but it’s always good.
